Publisher Description
Tour the exciting city of St. Augustine with Smart Walking Tours! The Smart Walking Tours St. Augustine Tour is a self guided smartphone tour application that brings you to all the popular St. Augustine sites at a fraction of the price those other tour companies charge! St. Augustine tour sites include the Ponce de Leon Hotel, the Alcazar Hotel, Casa Monica, Plaza de la Constitucion, Castillo de San Marco, the Ximenez Fatio House, the Oldest House, the Spanish Military Hospital Museum, the St. Francis Barracks, the City Gates, the Old Wooden Schoolhouse, the Pena-Peck House, Cathedral Basilica, Grace United Methodist Church, Trinity Parish, and Memorial Presbyterian Church!
Each tour stop includes an audio narrative explaining the significance of the site, a timeline of important events, and both modern and historical pictures! Our app works completely offline, and doesn't require a constant data connection. Built into the tour app is a St. Augustine map that shows a suggested tour route, as well as where each stop is located.
Since the tour is downloaded right to your smartphone or tablet, you can tour at your own pace, and on your own schedule. You can even break the tour up over multiple days, or take it more than once!
